CycleFit exists for one reason: most fitness apps treat your menstrual cycle like an afterthought. We treat it like the most important piece of programming data you have.

Our mission

Every woman who has ever followed a generic training plan already knows: the workouts that crush you in week 3 felt easy in week 1. The PR you missed during luteal was a PR you owned a week earlier. The recovery you needed during your period was never built into the plan.

CycleFit was built to fix that. Our app adapts every workout to the phase of your menstrual cycle, using research from women's sports science. You stop guessing. You stop over-training in luteal. You stop wasting your ovulation peak. You start compounding fitness instead of fighting your own body.

We're iOS-first because that's where we can ship the best experience today. We'll be on Android soon.

Anna started CycleFit after a decade of training without a plan that respected her cycle. She has spent the last three years working with sports scientists and nutritionists to build the product she wished existed. She trains five days a week and tracks her own cycle religiously.

Maya holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of British Columbia, with research focused on female-specific training response. She has consulted for elite Olympic teams on menstrual cycle programming and reviews every training piece of content on CycleFit.

Camille is a registered dietitian specializing in women's hormonal health and sports nutrition. She has helped hundreds of female athletes match their nutrition to their cycle and contributes the nutrition expertise behind CycleFit's daily food guidance.

Every training recommendation in CycleFit is rooted in peer-reviewed research on female athletes. We cite our sources in our articles. We update our app when the science evolves.

Privacy by default

Your cycle data is yours. It stays on your device and syncs through your private iCloud. We don't sell data. We don't run ads. We don't embed third-party trackers.
