Is CycleFit free?

CycleFit is free to download. You can start tracking your cycle and access guided workouts right away. An optional premium subscription unlocks the full workout library, hormone insight widgets, and unlimited phase-matched plans, with a free trial included.

Do I need to track my period perfectly for it to work?

No. Just log your last period start date and CycleFit predicts the rest. The more you log, the more accurate it gets, but you'll have a great experience from day one.

What if my cycle is irregular?

CycleFit adapts. The app learns your actual patterns rather than assuming a textbook 28-day cycle. Irregular periods, PCOS, or post-pill recovery are all supported.

Is it available on Android?

CycleFit is currently iOS only, available on iPhone (iOS 16+). An Android version is on the roadmap. Follow us to be notified.

Can I use it without a period (post-menopause, on hormonal birth control)?

Yes. You can use CycleFit's full workout library and adapt the experience based on your situation. We have a dedicated mode for users on hormonal contraception.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Your cycle and health data stays on your device and syncs through your iCloud. No ads. No third-party trackers. No data ever sold.

Do the workouts need equipment?

Most sessions are designed for minimal equipment. A mat is enough. Some optional strength workouts use dumbbells or a stationary bike, but every plan has bodyweight alternatives.
